We can't officially say that any of our products are gluten-free because there is always the possibility of cross-contamination. For this reason, we recommend that anyone with a severe gluten intolerance avoid all of our products. That said, we do have a few products that are nominally wheat-free including our coconut macaroons and brownie chip cookies.
We are not a certified organic bakery but we do prioritize using organic ingredients in our products when possible. If you are interested to learn if a specific product contains organic ingredients, please let me know and I can look it up.
Unfortunately no, none of our pastries are vegan. That said, most of our breads are vegan.
