We prefer that you pre-order for pizza night, but we can often accommodate late or last-minute requests.
We can't officially say that any of our products are gluten-free because there is always the possibility of cross-contamination. For this reason, we recommend that anyone with a severe gluten intolerance avoid all of our products. That said, we do have a few products that are nominally wheat-free including our coconut macaroons and brownie chip cookies.
We are not a certified organic bakery but we do prioritize using organic ingredients in our products when possible. If you are interested to learn if a specific product contains organic ingredients, please let me know and I can look it up.
Unfortunately no, none of our pastries are vegan. That said, most of our breads are vegan.
Yes, we do offer the option of vegan cheese on our pizzas so if you select that option and choose a pizza without any meat on it, it will be vegan.
Pizza Night is on Wednesdays at our Davis location only for the moment. You can order your pizza for pick up anytime between 4:30pm and 7pm and take it home or eat on our patio. We plan to do pizza night in Winters eventually, but currently it's only at our Davis location.
Bistro Night is a new dining experience at our Davis bakehouse. It takes place on most Friday evenings and we offer patio table service with delicious shareable plates crafted with local ingredients — charcuterie, flatbreads, seasonal salads, and more. We also serve wine, beer, apéritifs, and mocktails in a relaxed, communal atmosphere. It's the perfect way to kick off a weekend.
We currently plan to host Bistro Nights on Friday, May 1, May 8, May 22, and May 29. There will be no Bistro Night on Friday May 15. Hours are 4:30 to 8pm.
